PcFLP1 was widely expressed in the tissues of red swamp crayfish. PcFLP1 was up-regulated expression in the crayfish challenged with Vibrio. PcFLP1 bound to bacteria and inhibited the bacterial replication. PcFLP1 could protect the hepatopancreas of crayfish against Vibrio infection.
