A new, rapid, sensitive and selective high-throughput method was developed for analysis of 31 benzodiazepines and tandospirone. Only a 100-μl of plasma was requires in the assay. The present study provided a short analysis time and high sensitivity with lower LLOQs. This method can be applied to clinical and toxicological analyses.
