Solvent-free synthesis of SAPO-34 nanocrystals with reduced template consumption. The presence of abundant mesopores alleviated diffusion constrain and led to longer catalyst lifetime. Different Si and Al sources affected crystal size, pore structure and acid property. Excellent MTO performance with substantially extended lifetime.
