1,25(OH)2D3 improved glucose metabolism via SIRT-1/AMPK/GLUT-4 cascade. 1,25(OH)2D3 ameliorates HG induced oxidative stress through NOX4/Nrf2/Trx pathway. VDR signaling plays a key role in mediating the effect of 1,25(OH)2D3.
