Transit Time Distribution (TTD) is constructed based on the ECCO-JPL product. Observed thermocline pCFC-11 distributions are well reproduced by the TTD. Biases are found in the lower thermocline and deep water formation regions. The ratio between the mean and the spread of the age spectrum is close to unity.
