Trivalent Ga3+ ion conduction in solid was firstly demonstrated. (Ga0.1Ti0.9)40/39Nb(PO4)3 exhibited the highest conductivity among samples prepared. Conducting species in the (Ga0.1Ti0.9)40/39Nb(PO4)3 is concluded to be only Ga3+ ion.
