An acute inflammation piglet model of LPS induction was built and effect of danofloxacin treatment was investigated. The IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, NO, and PGE2 were suppressed by Danofloxacin in plasma and porcine alveolar macrophage 3D4/2 cells. The IL-10 was stimulated by danofloxacin in the LPS challenged piglet.
