This paper describes a method for determine ten aminoglycosides in milk and muscle.

An extraction method was developed, based on liquid–liquid extraction without SPE or evaporation.

LC–MS/MS was used to carry out quantitative analysis, with LODs between 5 and100 ng g−1.

LC-QTOF-MS was used to screening purposes, with CCβ values between 25 and 250 ng g−1.

The proposed method is simple, easy, and adequate for routine analysis.
