New management tools to support conservation policy in small islands are needed. We use well known models including different conservation targets and costs. We identify Target Management Areas allowing the definition of different priorities. We evaluate the obtained results and we comment the trade-offs of the implemented models. We assess the reliability of existing classified areas.
