Partitioning and purification of menadione induced NAD(P)H oxidase from Phanerochaete chrysosporium in aqueous two-phase systems

Different ATPSs were investigated for the purification of NAD(P)H oxidase.

In the best PEG 2000 18%–K2HPO4 13%–NaCl 5% (pH 7.0) system, PFb was determined as 8.331.

For this system, Rb was found as 87.644%.

It was found that NAD(P)H oxidase was a homodimer with the molecular weight of 116 kDa.
