First complete mitogenome of annelid Serpulidae (Spirobranchus giganteus) A complete different Annelida gene order was revealed. Long control region and eight major intergenic space were found. Mitochondrial nucleotide substitution was faster than other annelids. Gene size variation is correlated with mitogenomic rearrangements in Annelida.
