Screening of microbes producing therapeutic important enzymel-asparaginase. 2 new microbes (P lilacinum & S flexneri) were identified as higher l-asparaginase producer. Docking of l-asparaginase was also performed and binding pockets were determined. Amino acid residues Phe243, Gln260, Gly365, Asp386 have an important role in H-bonding. The outcome motivates to take the result of this study from lab to industry.
