Ultra-thin tellurium (Te) nanoflakes were successfully grown on textile and used as an active piezoelectric material.

Te nanoflake nanogenerator device was systematically studied by bending and compressing test.

The ultra-high output power during compressing test can light up 10 LEDs without any external power source.

The device can offer a breakthrough in applying tellurium nanoflakes into high-performance flexible and wearable piezoelectric nanogenerator.
