Greatest detection of human-associated Bacteroides marker was near rivers. FIB concentrations were highest near rivers and increased during storms. Salinity, temperature, and turbidity were best predictors of FIB concentrations. High spatial resolution FIB maps predicted FIB exceedances with high accuracy.
