Spastic stroke survivors had similar Achilles tendon length compared to healthy individuals. Spastic stroke survivors had higher passive torque compared to healthy subjects. Affected and unaffected limbs had similar passive torque. Ankle joint stiffness from stroke survivors seem to be unrelated to tendon extensibility.
