文摘

The shapes of tenocytes varied when seeded on different surface of scaffolds.

Tenocytes were flat on smooth surface and spindle on micro-grooved surface.

Tenocytes were ellipse or spindle on porous surface.

Tenocytes got varying adhesion shape and elongation index on varying surfaces.

The tenocyte survival on porous surface was superior to the other two groups.
