Effect of Tb4O7 doping on the structural and optical properties are studied. Tb4O7 doping strongly influences the surface morphology of MoO3 nanostructures. Characteristic PL emission from Tb 3+ ions is observed. Optical constants and thickness are measured using ellipsometry.
