We evaluated activation of MAPK and PI3K/AKT pathways in HPV-16 E-P, AA, and E-350G transduced PHKs.

We accessed migration, anchorage independent growth and invasion of different HPV-16 molecular variants transduced cells.

MEK1, ERK2, AKT2 activation may influence cellular behavior prompting AA PHKs to induce carcinogenesis more efficiently.
