Spatial autocorrelation analyses revealed a genetic structure in short-distance. The inbreeding coefficient value was significant in the study site. Little genetic differentiation was detected between the two populations. Short-distance spore dispersal plays a dominant role in generating new genets. Rare gene flow by mycophagous animals could reduce genetic differentiation.
