Experimental comparison between OWCs and U-OWCs for geometric optimization. Tests include irregular and regular wave conditions for all OWC models. The OWCs are tested without PTO highlighting potential uses as absorbing sea walls. Investigation includes hydrodynamic efficiency, wave run-up and RAO. Intercomparison of the chambers of the OWCs is presented.
