Synthesis tetrazoles/sulfonamides conjugate octahydroacridine, xanthene, chromene. Characterization of compounds with FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR (APT), HRMS. The synthesized new compounds have potential interesting biological properties. The inhibition profile investigated against hCA I, II, IV and VII isoforms. Noticeable inhibition profile of octahydroacridine conjugate sulfonamides.
