Aorto-pulmonary shunt in duct-dependent young patients has many complications. Ductal stenting is a less invasive approach in these patients. It has many difficulties in patients with proximal, vertical and tortuous ductus. This paper mentions technical aspects and results of transvenous ductal stenting. It is amongst a few studies with antegrade route as a sole route for duct stenting.
