PLiMMA graft copolymer for its usage in metal-polymer-semiconductor type diodes was investigated. Main electrical parametres of the diode was obtained in dark and UV irradiation. Thermionic emission theory and alternatively Cheung&Cheung method were used. Especially it is obtained that leakage current and series resistance are strongly influenced from irradiation.
