文摘

Novel indole-3-butyric acid potassium derived carbon was prepared via one-step carbonization.

CO2 adsorption on IBAP-700-0.5 was up to 1.48 mmol/g at 25 °C and 0.15 bar.

Both micropores and N-containing groups were involved in CO2 adsorption.

Contribution of N-containing groups to CO2 sorption on IBAP-500-1.5 was 92.8%.

Pyrrolic-N was responsible for CO2 adsorption on the IBAP-derived carbon.
