The aggregate stability methods wet sieving and sonication were differentiated. The soil aggregate stability decreased with increasing time since land use change. Simultaneously SOC and exchangeable Ca2+ and Mg2+ declined after land use change. Aggregate stability decreased with increasing soil erosion.
