It demonstrated how hollow cubes can be used as an advance function material to fabricate gas sensor. The ZnSnO3 materials possessed good hollow architecture with a high-efficiency gas adsorption capacity. The dynamic transients of the ZnSnO3 hollow cubes-based sensors demonstrated high response to ethanol in the literature.
