All labor inputs but one will see their wages falling in Australia. All labor inputs but one will see their wages rising in Indonesia. Both countries will benefit with higher return to capital; capital owners in industry and manufacturing are winners in Australia while capital owners in agriculture and services are winners in Indonesia. The benefits of the IA-CEPA for Australia will be at best marginal.
