Hot roll-bonding method was applied for fabrication of Al6061/SiCp laminates. Toughness of composites examined through quasi-static three-point bending test. Effects of interfacial bonding, rolling strain and delamination length was studied. GEP as an aspect of GA was employed to predict toughness of fabricated composites. Different mathematical models obtained and proposed for architectured structures.
