cDNA-AFLP analysis of transcripts induced in chickpea plants by TiO2 nanoparticles during cold stress

Cold tolerance of chickpea was related to a decrease in electrolyte leakage index. TiO2 NPs alleviated cold stress-induced oxidative stress. cDNA-AFLP indicated distinct genes and pathways responsible in cold tolerance. The transcription profiling reveals alterations in metabolic pathways by TiO2 NPs. The network-bases analysis showed a gene-gene relationship in response to cold.
