We propose to replace a-Si layer with μc-Si layer in TOPCon solar cells.

μc-Si layer could achieve high crystallization under low annealing temperature.

High-temperature annealing tends to damage Si thin layer and tunneling oxide.

Enhanced doping efficiency could improve the performances of TOPCon solar cells.
