PDMP, a ceramide analogue, acts as an inhibitor of mTORC1 by inducing its translocation from lysosome to endoplasmic reticulum
文摘
The ceramide analogue, PDMP, suppressed the activation of mTORC1. PDMP induced the translocation of mTOR from lysosomes to ER. PDMP led to the dissociation of mTOR from its activator Rheb. PDMP inhibited the mTORC1-dependent osteoblastic cell proliferation.
