Oxygenated torrefaction was briefly revised. Torrefied willow obtained from flue gas-enhanced reactor was analysed. The combustion properties of torrefied willow were analysed using BFB reactor. Extremely low emission of SO2 was observed during the combustion of torrefied willow.
