POSS-derived membranes were prepared. The POSS-derived membranes had high liquid permeance and NaCl rejection of 1 × 10− 13 m/s·Pa and 90%, respectively. At 90 °C, water permeance increased to approximately 1 × 10− 12 m/s·Pa with NaCl rejection remaining nearly unchanged. The membranes exhibited tolerance to 1 × 104 ppm·h chlorine exposure.
