This article reports our cases of balloon kyphoplasty. The diagnosis of the responsible level in multi-level VCFs patients is difficult. Bone scintigraphy is most sensitive for the diagnosis of the responsible level. BKP should be considered for the patients with low ADL in earlier timing.
