A novel approach to toxicity read-across of a complex mixture of related chemicals. Statistical analysis of chemical descriptors enables similarity grouping. Parameters directing grouping align to properties determining bioavailability. Exemplars for testing from each group selected for high bioavailability. Approach supported by experimental ADME data.
