A compact model for the DC and small signal AC analysis of OTFTs is presented. The source contact is modeled as a reverse biased gated Schottky diode. The non-quasi-static AC model is based on a transmission line approach. The effect of parasitic capacitances is taken in account. The model has been implemented in Verilog-A.
