A tricritical Lifshitz point has been found for x = 0.28 and 5%Pb. Critical exponent α = 0.64 agrees with Tricritical Lifshitz universality class. The character of the ferroelectric transition is first order with 8%Pb. A tricritical Lifshitz point has been experimentally found for the first time. Theoretical predictions of BEG model with random field are fulfilled.
