We demonstrated an efficient organic light-emitting diodes using an ultra-thin silver electrodes. ITO-free and exciplex-forming phosphorescent OLED exhibited the luminance of 128,000 cd/m2 at driving voltage of 8 V. Roughened Ag anode had a transmittance value of 65% at wavelength of 532 nm and a low sheet resistance of 3.9 Ω/sq. The buffer layer of HAT-CN possibly used to serve the workfunction of roughened Ag anode electrode with 5.4 eV. The viewing angle of proposed ITO-free PhOLED showed a Lambertian emission profile.
