Treatment of pulp and paper industry effluents integrated with biodiesel production. Efficient removal of phenol, 99.60% and lignin, 94.27% from effluents were achieved. Maximum cell dry weight (13.87 g/L) and lipid yield (8.56 g/L) were recorded. Obtained biodiesel has improved properties as per international standard guidelines.
