The effects of PSCs using different temperature annealing treatments was studied. The PSCs with various materials as an acceptor was investigated. The PCE of 9.77% was obtained at thermal annealing treatment of 90 °C. The PCE of PSCs using C70 as an acceptor can further improve to 11.58%.
