First reported work on trypsin-catalyzed multicomponent reaction for the synthesis of thiazole-imine derivatives. Trypsin was found to expand the promiscuous functions in organic synthesis. This novel efficient protocol has the merits of convergent feature, high yield, simple operation, and environmental benign.
