Helical wire was inserted into a TTHC heat exchanger as a turbulator for first time. Fabrication method of TTHC heat exchanger which contains turbulator is presented. Turbulators was inserted inside the inner tube, outer tube or both of them. Thermal-frictional behaviors of said turbulators are studied for different fluids.
