The nanosheets are used as the electroactive material for supercapacitors (SCs).

A specific capacitance (CF) of 2508.07 F g−1 at 1 mV s−1 is got for the SCs.

The 98.6% retention on the CF is got after 5000 cycles charge/discharge process.
