High osteoclastogenesis in subjects with Turner's syndrome
High FSH serum levels seem to increase osteoclastogenesis in young Turner's syndrome subjects.
CD4+CD25high T-cells were reduced in all patients.
CD3+/CD16+/CD56+ NKT-cells were increased in patients with high FSH levels.
High RANKL and CTX levels were detected in patient sera.
