A new venous reconstruction technique for a right lobe graft with multiple and complex hepatic vein orifices is proposed. In this procedure, procurement of the recipient's left portal vein graft for venous reconstruction was performed in situ. This new procedure was performed in situ to keep the anhepatic period to a minimum.
