Impulse noise and large scale single frequency noise mitigation in underwater acoustic OFDM receivers are investigated. Separate and joint methods are proposed for impulse noise and large scale single frequency noise mitigation. Iterative design is applied to obtain a better performance. Simulation results and experimental results are carried out to verify the proposed methods.
