We explored the effects of rs10876227 in GRASP on cognition and in schizophrenia. Rs10876227 effected immediate, working and delayed memory in healthy controls. Rs10876227 was associated with worse cognitive dysfunction in men with schizophrenia. Rs10876227 did not affect GRASP protein expression in the CA1 region.
