Activity extracts, fractions, and isolated compounds of 4 bacteria and 6 fungi were determined. MICs were 20–40 μg/ml for some microorganisms and 62 μg/ml for the isolated methyl ursolate. Extracts and fractions had moderate COX-1 and COX-2 anti-inflammatory activity. Methyl ursolate was toxic against Vero cells with an IC50 of 10.4 μg/ml.
