Hoeganaes Corporation has introduced a high green strength powder that it says gives up to twice the green strength for conventionally produced ferrous metal powder parts. The aim of ANCORMIX HGS is to produce metal powder premix materials that help prevent crack formation during part ejection, and other problems associated with green parts without warm compaction or high compression techniques.
