Confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the factor structure of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale for Students. The findings supported the original three aspects engagement scale developed by Schaufeli et al. This study provides support for the use of the validity of UWES-S in assessing engagement of China nursing students.
